a charming ruin on the right bank of the River Váh not far from Strečno Castle offering breath-taking views. It was part of a system of castles in which, with a few exceptions, each castle could always be seen from one of the others. The best preserved part of the castle is the tower, which is standing as high as the second floor level. A trail indicated by red marks leads to the castle from Strečno railway station. Throughout the walk you have a beautiful view of the Domašín Meander of the River Váh.
