It is situated in the first third of the path up Tlstá. The dark 140-m crack of the cave grins from the hillside like the mouth of a beast. The gloom, the cold and the sound of dripping water enable visitors to imagine themselves for a moment in the skin of a prehistoric person. Major finds of cave bear bones have been found there. It is not officially open to the public and like all caves in Slovakia it is protected by law. No one can be prohibited from going in but it is strongly recommended that you only visit it with a guide.
